    • Interviews with caregivers and school providers

    • Standardized and non-standardized assessments

  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings

  • Strong understanding of sensory processing, motor development, and educational access

  • Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approaches

What We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling that honors your capacity and availability

  • A collaborative, team-based model grounded in respect and relationship

  • Extensive training and mentorship in the IEE process and neuro-affirming practice

Pay Rate

We offer a tiered flat-rate model based on clinicians’ experience and support needs, designed to help each OT grow toward fully independent IEE work over time. Training, mentorship, and editorial support are integrated into each tier.

  • Tier 1: $1,575
For clinicians new to the IEE process who require close training, guidance, and support.

  • Tier 2: $2,550
For clinicians with moderate experience who manage many aspects independently but benefit from consultation and case review.

  • Tier 3: $3,450
For experienced clinicians who complete high-quality IEEs independently with minimal support.

Rates may increase slightly based on travel requirements or case complexity.

Expected time per contract ranges from 25 to 35 hours, depending on the complexity of the IEE and the work pace of the OT.
